Message	The attached photo shows a large spongy rubber collar fitted to the tube. Where the pipe goes through the bulkhead there is a standard grommet fitted. Can anyone advise as to the correct method of installation & also whether there are other fittings in order to properly seal the cabin against water & drafts coming in from the engine bay?
